Apologies from the Minister of Energy, Minister Peters for not being present here today, but she is accompanying the deputy president on his visit to China. I was in contact with her over the weekend and she has expressed her regret at missing the opening of this convention. As a result, I was asked to read the minister’s speech on her behalf.
