ESASA’s membership comprises two categories: Manufacturer Members and Associate Members, as follows:
Manufacturer Members
South African natural and legal persona who in the sole opinion of ESASA have a reputable and established track record in the South African switchgear market, and who manufacture, import or distribute switchgear and controlgear components, and/or switchgear and controlgear assemblies, shall be eligible for membership of the Association. This membership category has a vote.
Associate Members
South African natural and legal persona who in the sole opinion of ESASA have a reputable and established track record in the South African market, and who carry out business associated directly or indirectly with ‘Manufacturer Members’, as set out in sub clause 6.2.1, and who want to be associated with the ESASA vision, mission and activities, as determined at an Annual General Meeting or General Meeting, shall be eligible for Associate Membership. This membership category does not have a vote.
