RTK in the palm of your hand

Topcon‘s new GRS-1 is an all-in-one handheld GNSS receiver and field controller with internal GSM Modem, high-speed processor, built-in camera, compass and bar code reader. Designed primarily as a GNSS network rover receiver, the GRS-1 provides a small, lightweight rover and a price to fit any budget. The new receiver has DGPS capability with the internal L1 GPS and GLONASS antenna for GIS and navigation, add an external antenna and connect to your local GNSS network via the internal modem, and instantly receive dual frequency, dual constellation GNSS RTK centimeter accuracy. The GRS-1 fits all applications even including post processing. The GRS-1 uses the Windows Mobile operating system to run many applications including TopSURV, engineering and surveying software, Pocket 3D, construction site software and GIS extensions and programs. Features also integrated into the new system are SD memory card slot, and wireless connectivity via WiFi, Bluetooth or optional UHF radio pack. The GRS-1 packs all the power of a full GPS + GLONASS dual-frequency receiver, cellular modem and Windows PC into a very small, very versatile device for all applications.
