Over the past decade South Africa has enjoyed healthy economic growth. On the residential housing side, our country joined the worldwide property boom; we have seen new neighbourhoods rising with the sun, construction of modern shopping centres and warehouses, and a marked increase in industry development in order to satisfy the needs of the citizens of South Africa.
